Make sure you've downloaded and installed the software from our download page.
- First, select the type of files you need to convert.
- You may select your PDF or TIFF files in one of two ways: Drag and drop your files (or folder containing PDF or TIFF files) into the application's main window. Or, you may click the button "Click here to choose files." Note: If you are converting PDF to TIFF, you may want to adjust the final image quality (dpi setting).
- Finally, choose the location for the final converted files and click "OK." Conversion will then begin.
First, download the program by going to our Download Page and click on your operating system (Mac or Windows).
Internet Explorer (Windows):
1. Run the installer.
Once the download finishes, click Run
to start installing Multi TIFF Converter.
2. Follow installation instructions.
Follow the instructions to install Multi TIFF Converter on your computer and you will be good to go!
Firefox (Windows):
1. Save the Multi TIFF
Converter application.
Click Save File when prompted.
2. Open the Multi TIFF
Converter installer.
From your browser's Downloads window, double click the .exe
file that just downloaded.
3. Follow Setup Instructions.
Follow screen instructions to get program installed on your computer and you'll be set!
Mac OS X:
1. Run the installer.
From your browser's downloads
window double click the .app file
to start installation.
2. Follow installation instructions.
Follow the instructions to install Multi TIFF Converter on your computer and you will be good to go!
This is a limitation of our demo version. To permanently remove the SAMPLE mark and be able to convert more than 2 files at once, you will need to get a license key from our web store.
In some cases, a user will activate the license and inadvertently try to convert a file that has the SAMPLE mark on it from previous runs. Make sure you use the original files, ones without the SAMPLE mark after you have activated the license key.
Installation Errors
If you are getting errors during installation, please check that you are installing the program under the Administrator account. In some cases, if the program is already on your computer and you are getting an error while reinstalling, simply uninstalling the program and then reinstalling it will resolve this error.
Errors During a Conversion
If you are getting error codes when converting files, try using a lower resolution setting and reduce the number of files you are trying to convert. This could be a memory issue. In addition, if you are using an older version of the program, click here to download the latest version.
Error During License Key Activation
If you are getting an error during license key activation, try disabling your antivirus software or firewall to resolve this issue.
First, make sure you have downloaded the latest version of Multi TIFF Converter from the download page.
