Multi TIFF Converter Help Page

Using the Award-Winning Multi TIFF Converter couldn’t be easier. Our team designed this software to make converting your TIFFs or PDFs a quick and efficient process.

Basic Instructions:

First, select the type of files you need to convert.
Next you’ll have the option to select your TIFF or PDF files in one of two ways: Drag and drop your files (or a folder containing TIFF or TIFF files) into the application's main window.

With the second option you may click the button "Click here to choose files.” Please note: if you are converting PDF to TIFF, you may want to adjust the image quality.
Finally, simply choose the output folder location and click Okay. The conversion will now begin. Yes, it is that easy!

What are the image quality settings?

Low - 75dpi - For regular TIFF images
Medium (default) - 150dpi - For TIFF with medium quality illustrations
High - 300dpi - Rich, professional illustrations, high quality TIFF images (you may experience long process times)

Troubleshooting

Addressing installation errors. The program needs to be installed in the Adminstrator account. Please contact your Administrator to install the application.

If you are getting an error code when converting your files, try using a lower resolution setting, as this could be a memory issue. Additionally, if you are using an older version of the program, click here to download the latest version.

Are you getting an error during license key activation? If so, temporarily disabling your antivirus software may resolve this.
